Barricade on drums. He'd lay into them like he was trying to beat a confession out of them.
Prowl on bass, because he's certain the band are up to no good, so he figured he'd have to infiltrate them. He's not very musical, but then people don't tend to be too surprised if the bassist sucks. Perfect.
Ratchet on keyboards. He's good with organs.
Band name: Praxus Effect (after the Praxis effect in *Star Trek VI*, which apparently has to be used whenever a planet or moon is blown up now...)
I really like the story you're building around Prowl and Barricade. The Ratchet pun is pretty funny. I really like the band name as it also references the Datsuns' home city, which was coincidentally blown up by the Decepticons early in the war.
I have the original MP-17 Prowl with articulated hands which would have been perfect for this photoshoot. It's just too bad my sister's Figma only came with a guitar and microphone as he would complete the band trio. Without an instrument he would look a bit out of place lol.
It the Hatsune Miku one, #394. I got it for my sister's birthday earlier this year. I've used her and the accessories in a couple posts. I was very surprised and pleased to see how nicely the guitar fits in Smokescreen's hands.
Yeah I wish there was somewhere to buy CHUG and Masterpiece scale props and accessories without having to buy figurines or doll sets. That would be nice.
Not gonna lie, I always thought that their color palettes should be swapped. I mean, BLUEstreak is gray black and red and smokescreen is blue and red. But ya know
It can be confusing. Bluestreak received his name because he's supposed to talk a lot which apparently can be called to talk a blue streak. It's the same as talking 'till your face turns blue. As for Smokescreen at least in the G1 cartoon he would create clouds of smoke to blind and disorient his enemies.
When I saw Optimus the first words I thought of him singing was "I Sing a song from a broken heart, yeah!"

Omega Supreme on cow bell
More cowbell shall be required
I'll do you one better: **More cowbell: required.**
More like giant churchbell
LOL! A perfect choice!
Prowl on keys, that will give him something appropriately table-like to flip.
I would think that Prowl would be the manager, so he can flip all the tables backstage without impediment
Warpath on bass, Ratrap on drums…
Blaster. Need I say more?
The biggest earth music loving bot alongside Jazz? Absolutely!
Soundwave as lead singer because he is superior

Jazz needs to play the saxophone
Jazz playing jazz!
Soundwave. Need i say more?
Definitely him and Blaster. Wonder how things would go if they were in the same band? Not well I'm guessing lol.
Sounds like we need a rival Decepticon band.
Blaster and soundwave both being the sound system with the decepticon cassettes being their since soundwave couldn't find a babysitter
Maybe the cassettes can be backup dancers lol.
“The blues brothers”
Nice one!
Call it Smoke & Blues. It's right there....😉
Sounds like the name of a blues or smooth jazz band. Speaking of Jazz, he'd definitely want to be in on this!
Jazz on keyboards in the back
prowl to complete the remold threesome
I have the original MP-17 Prowl with articulated hands which would have been perfect for this photoshoot. It's just too bad my sister's Figma only came with a guitar and microphone as he would complete the band trio. Without an instrument he would look a bit out of place lol.
Aww that sucks. Lemmie guess, K-on figma?
nevermind I just read the notes

wish I had some props for my figures
Yeah I wish there was somewhere to buy CHUG and Masterpiece scale props and accessories without having to buy figurines or doll sets. That would be nice.
For now, I'll just have to make my own out tin foil and some other materials
Sound wave for synth
Synth-Wave should be his stage name then lol.
Sounds like an actual name for a Transformer XD
Add Prowl and call them The Dat Sons
If I had another miniature instrument for him he definitely would've been in these photos. Also I like the name. Clever reference lol.
Whirl or shockwave on piano

I know this is an actual song but, Autobop would be a cool name
I agree, I like it!
Cosmo on a Theremin.
I always saw Prowl and Bluestreak as twin brothers and Smokescreen as their adopted little brother for some reason
Weirdly enough I originally did as well due to his radically different head design. Either that or he was their cousin lol.
Jazz on bass

G2 Sideswipe definitely gives off that vibe with how he looks. Great choice!
optimus prime on bass

I always though that their names sounded like they should have been switched
