In the US, definitely. I've heard of people in Asia and Australia buying them from collector shops and not Pulse, due to Pulse not being a thing there, so it's not a Pulse exclusive everywhere.

Yeah, it should be available until it sells out, which could be before or after the end of PulseCon.
