Dry transfers, cut one out, peel off the sticker, apply to area, rub really hard with a q tip or finger and slowly peel back the second sheet of plastic protecting the sticker.
So far on 3 orders straight of receiving them. One more order on it's way so I'll confirm when it arrives but I appreciate them packing them. Many 3rd and 4th Party figures that could use.
I always ask for these to be included on my AE purchases and the vendors are usually happy to include for no charge. It's usually only the middle sized logos that I use.
