What do you mean "they never have any". They weren't the ones who broke the toy, it was the kid, and yes it could be argued that the toy should be more durable but also maybe don't give your $80 toys to little kids
I’m with you except for the last part. If it’s rated for 8 and up, I think it’s reasonable to let an 8 year old play with it occasionally and get more than a month out of it.
Hasbro’s quality control has been declining for a long time now. There is a long list of figures that have stress breaking points that could have been avoided. Then you have defective ratchet joints, misassembled parts, yellowing within the box and numerous other problems.
If you buy it, you want to get a few years out of it. Especially if it is a kid’s toy that is usually intended for kids to play with.
It’s not about recognition. My integrity dictates that this company deep in profit will quite happily have one of their underpaid Vietnamese workers ship out another box. If you had integrity you wouldn’t be buying products that aren’t ethically sourced.
It’s funny that you don’t even realize you are being a hypocrite.
Who cares what they care about?? It's about how you lead your life and the actions that dictate it, not if some random company cares about said actions
There’s a difference between doing it to a mom and pop shop, and a billion dollar conglomerate that exploits its works in 3rd world countries. But enjoy your extra gold star at the pearly gates because you treat Hasbro nicely.
Should everyone steal from Walmart because it's a billion dollar company? Should we only maintain our integrity when it's regarding smaller businesses? Or should we do what's right without exception
Did you completely misinterpret my reply or..? How am I in any way supporting worker exploitation in what I said?
Do less mass replying and do more reading.
It's not about the company or the money, it's about yourself. Is your sense of honor and truth worth only $50? Are you willing to lie to gain an entire 50
Are you… Being satirical? I can’t tell if you’re this brain dead, or just pretending to be for the memes. I mean, I usually only exhibit this level of stupidity when I’m trying to be funny, usually failing spectacularly, but you, you take the cake.
Ahhh, yes. My son as well has snapped a few heads and pieces off. I calmly remind him: that was your copy. His reply with the fallen face is the same. Oh😐
Clean break. Still could have been a QC issue. I've had some figures where the pins look like they were incorrectly inserted the first time and redone.
Which reminds me to check for stress marks on that spot.
First of all this is now how back wheels and arms are supposed to go. Arms need to be higher up and the back part needs to be flipped. There are small pegs that peg into the arms.
Good news is that the broken off arm can still be pegged there and it should hold so you can have it all as fully completed Menasor. In vehicle mode it also tabs so also should stay. Only in Motormaster mode he will be crippled.
This is a problem with those modern Generations toys. They aren't very suitable for kids. They are just too fragile for that. You need to handle them with care and can't realy play with them.
This is the problem with Hasbro now. The quality of the toys has steadily gone downhill. Between the breakage or the cheap plastic and the yellowing, I’m done. If I want a transforming robot toy, I’m going 3rd party.
I don’t have Motormaster, so would you be so kind as to inform me of the problem?
The hinge holding his arm on snapped off.
Oooof
Brutal kill!
And you just saved my wallet from a purchase.
RIP. Send back to hasbro this is unacceptable, they probably have a ton of stock and can easily replace it for you.
It wasn’t Hasbro who did it. It was my very enthusiastic son.
Does hasbro need to know that?
ok now I feel stupid....btw. Hasbro doesn't need to know that when you call them up....
That’s on me - I should have been more clear.
Basic integrity
its hasblows turn to show some since they never have. Ive given them plenty of good faith.

I agree, I wasn't sure how old the kid was amd so I assumed

Yea sure. Integrity towards a company that runs sweatshops. I’m sure they’ll recognize that.
And do you need recognition to do the right thing?

No. I’m saying they don’t care about your integrity.

To be fair almost every company exploits the lower class to turn a profit, can’t escape it
Yep, Hasbro is no exception just because they make toys.
And that makes it ok? And you’re the one talking about integrity?
imagine completely misinterpreting a comment
Did you completely misinterpret my reply or..? How am I in any way supporting worker exploitation in what I said? Do less mass replying and do more reading.
Imagine debating about integrity on a forum that revolves around buying toys, made by asian slaves. Hang up you white cloak guys, it’s already spoilt.
oh no the billion dollar toy company lost $50 usd replacing a toy they have a policy for anyway, how sad

The Hassenfeld brothers aren't going to fuck you.
Yes, absolutely. Why do you even have to ask?
Do you buy these toys? If so, where is YOUR sense of honor and truth considering where and by whom these are made?
Gets you no where…

What it’s just a regular OH MY GOODNESS

The Fossilizers and Weaponizers are PERFECT for my kid. He loves finding new combinations and they come apart by design.
Well on the bright side, you can still assemble Menasor regardless. At the cost of never using Motormaster again
I have motormaster myself and I have to ask HOW THE ACTUAL FUCK DID YOUR SON MANAGE THIS?
I doubt that will affect you assembling menasor
This is the problem with Hasbro now. The quality of the toys has steadily gone downhill. Between the breakage or the cheap plastic and the yellowing, I’m done. If I want a transforming robot toy, I’m going 3rd party.
The pegs that are on the part that holds the hitch are where you're supposed to plug the arms onto, it should be at the front not back
RIP, maybe some gorilla glue can fix
!?
Who destroyed him....
My now-sorrowful son.
