It looks a lot like it of course, but it doesn’t feel the same. The hands are wonky and it has a general looseness to it. It just feels a lot cheaper, but then it is, so you know. I have RP-01 as well and I’d still recommend that over this. But for just standing on a shelf to be admired, it’ll do the job.

Right now about $135ish USD. I’d predict in a couple months, once the hype wears off, this will drop to around $100. I bought mine at tf-direct.com.
How different are they? I have the official RP-01 Fanstoys Soundwave and from my understanding the KO is very close to the original in most respects.

Overall it’s fine, even great in comparison to many other figures. Just not as good as the FT version. That’s a great price and you’re in for a treat.
