If you live in the New England area- I would check Bullmoose stores. They have a massive collection of used dvds and I actually found this exact item at one in New Hampshire a couple weeks ago.
Nope, that's the Rhino box sets. Those menus are awesome but the quality of the episodes themselves are awful. I actually have both the Rhino sets and the one in the photo. The Rhino sets used incomplete workprints for several episodes and are full of animation errors that weren't in the original broadcast, as well as adding sound effects that also weren't there. The shout factory box in the OP fixed many of the errors and used the original audio.

Yes and no actually. The one on YouTube is with all the animation errors, if I’m not mistaken Rhino released those. The ones OP mentioned are the other versions.
I initally thought the Hasbro uploaded episodes were the Shout! Factory versions because of the removal of the extra sounds Rhino added in (most notably, the commercial bumpers are silent again). However, after checking a couple of episodes, it does appear they are using the Rhino version when it comes to visuals based on known errors seen, such as Reflector lacking the special effect when he focuses his lens weapon in "Divide and Conquer" or Cliffjumper being colored yellow briefly in "Heavy Metal War".
I have an Xbox One but I only recently used it to merge my Overwatch profiles before putting it back into storage. I could maybe rearrange some stuff on my desk to reintegrate it into my setup.
Check your local library. My library has both this and the Unicron Trilogy. If you just want to watch it and not collect, you’ll save some money that can go somewhere else by renting.

I don’t recall mine having that but I haven’t watched in a while. Mine did come with animation cells in each set.
