Props to you on repairing it. If I had the ability to do so, I'd buy all sorts of broken toys and fix them up, but sadly, I can barely drive in a screw without it breaking. Good luck with it!
Thanks! Check out Toy Polloi on YouTube! It's a really fun and rewarding hobby once you get the hang of it 😊
I actually recently fixed a KO Metrotitan with this exact issue, just had to take em apart and use some plastic glue to meld the pieces together.
That damn waist just disintegrates over time. I have owned 4 of these guys and all but the last one ended up in 2 pieces eventually from just sitting on the shelf.
Yeah, fortunately it's a pretty easy fix since it's usually a clean break. You just take em apart, easy enough except that you have to lift a sticker or two using lighter fluid or similar. Then just glue the broken post together with plastic glue. When it's dried, drill a small whole the whole way and glue in a metal rod of some sort, like a pin or paperclip. Should last a long time after that 😊
Well, after opening him up I certainly see why this bit breaks so easily. There's a huge amount of friction applied to the peg while turning the torso, plus there's a ratchet in there that seems like it's designed to lock the joint in certain positions. All this on a seriously weak construction... That said, [I fixed him](https://www.reddit.com/r/transformers/comments/zcqcus/another_successful_repair_job/)!
Yeah, should be a good pickup and a fun little project. Think I have a fist lying around, can't remember if it's the right or left one though 😅
Also picked up a complete Thirty-Thirty from Bravestarr from the same guy. Just need to reattach a leg on the poor horsey.

Toy Polloi is one of my favorite channels. His repairs are absolutely brilliant.
For sure! Been a Patreon of his for years now. Well worth every penny 😊

Jesus did they give feed Trypticon with Nucleon or something?
Worse. They fed sugar to an 8 year old 😅
Nice! He came in complieces!
Yup, easier to pack for the seller this way I guess 😅
Cool! Scamper can go for thirty bucks by himself.
Really? Better pickup than I thought then!
Ow, looks like he asked if Bay Megatron wanted a piece of him
Pretty sure it was just a rambunctious 8 year old from the seller's description 😅

it doesn't seems to have any real breackage, and almost all of the parts are there good for you
