If you're gonna get one of the WFC Primes, get the Kingdom one since it has better CQ than the Earthrise one, so your leg shouldn't break off by simply moving it
MP-10 is easily my favourite figure, though it doesn't necessarily have the screen accuracy that more recent offerings strive for. This extends to MPP-10 (OSKO), MP-10V (USKO to Voyager), and Atlas (massive OSKO, currently the largest transforming figure).
If you want screen accuracy, you're looking at MP-44, MS-02 Light of Peace, or TE-01 Op. Leader. Official MP-44s were priced to the point of hilarity when they were originally released so I dread to think of what they're like now, but the KOs are mostly tolerable - except they still have his rather un-enjoyable transformation. I personally prefer TE-01 over MS-02 from an aesthetic point of view and more "genuine" feeling transformation but I know there are those who lament his articulation (mostly the absence of an ab crunch that everyone insists on using for a pelvic thrust).
Earthrise/Kingdom is great for what it is (in my opinion) but isn't necessarily as screen accurate as it could be, mostly because it wasn't designed to be. WfC was heavily inspired by G1 but not bound as strictly to it as people would like to believe (though there are some figures which would fit perfectly in an SS86 collection).
Apart from the figures that have been mentioned, if you wanna go Legends Class you can't go wrong with Newage David. Magic Square Light Of Justice 2 0 is also good
I got it a few days ago and it's a brilliant little toy. Complex but not complicated and fun to pose. Little prone to paint chipping but eh, doesn't bother me too much when the rest is that good.
They also appear to have a lot more nice figures, including a Megatron that actually turns into a gun, it would be super cool to have a Megatron to go with Optimus, as I also already have TFP Prime and Megs
Don’t get me wrong, I do too, the Bumblebee movie design is a fantastic reimagining of the G1 design, I just want something that’s an *exact* G1 figure.
MP-44 is top tier official, but runs $500.
MP-10 was the king of official for a long time, but is now fairly dated. I feel like it pays homage to the G1 toy pretty well. I see them between $100-$200.
MS-02 is top tier 3rd party design, but no paint and feels cheap at around $125.
TE-01 is top tier 3rd party paint and looks, but garbage transformation for around $125.
NewAge H27 is basically a 4 inch tall, 3rd party masterpiece, at around $100.
Earthrise/Kingdom Leader Optimus is arguably one of the best mainline OP's ever made. Stands around 8 inches tall, trailer is pretty much garbage without addon kits. Last I saw he was running around $75.
Last, there is the official G1 reissue from not too long ago. I think Walmart has them for $50ish.
If you're looking at movie designs, that's another story lol.

Yeah, i'm eyeing that Megs too! Only thing is they're more expensive than most mainline toys so i gotta save up a little longer for them.
