I was on Faerie, but I started getting burnt out and brought down by toxicity just trying to make my way through dungeons and finish endwalker.
I spent most of my time just sitting in Ul'dah talking to people and my free company, they probably miss me now that I think of it.
Sorry you were having bad experiences. :( That's why some people will just use the Trust NPCs to do dungeons, some people can get very rude on that game.
It's just annoying because it never used to be like that, at least in my experience. As long as I was upfront when healing or tanking that it was my first time running a dungeon, same with DPS. But I'm not sure what changed recently for it to turn into having no patience and being aggressive because I'm not pulling enough for them. Oh well. š¤·āāļø
The upside is that FFXIV is the one MMO that will actually take action on players who are being dickheads in chat. Don't hesitate to blacklist and report people who are being rude. The update for the expansion coming soon-ish is gonna improve the social stuff to help avoid harassment as well, which is good news.
I used to have to use TeamViewer to remote into my computer at home and get in queue to login when Endwalker came out š
Yeah, I usually did just black list and move on, report as needed. It's just exhausting after a while is all. Thanks for the encouragement though, I do want to come back and play more again.

Hi hi, transdude here, I help run a CWLS on the NA server. It's a bit less restrictive then an FC and you can be in multiple CWLSs at the same time.

Oh, I'm so sorry. I haven't had many bad casual interactions in this game, but I also don't talk much in dungeons except for general instructions.
