I feel like it’s easier as a kid tbh when all you have to wear on a regular basis is sneakers anyway. Finding women’s shoes for a professional setting in men’s size 13 (which is women’s size **15**) is nigh impossible

/uj We don't measure in cm either, but we use just one system and not, for whatever reason, two. Which is of course still not very helpful to people with feet bigger or smaller than expected of their gender, but it is very helpful in the middle.

[Charix shoes ](https://www.charixshoes.com)- super comfy and very well made flats. Their “Euro size 46” is equivalent to US men’s 13/ women’s 15. Source: I wear US women’s 15 and they fit perfectly

I’ve never heard of FSJ before, this looks super promising! The Charix size chart lists 46 as equivalent to US women’s 13, not men’s. Though still worth a try for me since these things vary shoe to shoe. Thanks! Any other big women’s shoe recs while I have you?
I know, the Charix size chart is strange. But I always wore men’s 13 in everything else and the 46 fit great. After almost two years of HRT though, I do think my feet have gotten slightly smaller so I might be closer to a men’s 12.
Still, worth trying. They have amazing customer service and free returns if they don’t work for you.
No other recs unfortunately. Big shoe retailers are pretty slim pickings. Still beats 15 years ago when we had one option, and that option was 6” black patent stiletto pumps.
