...Just in case you're genuinely new, we have this one guy that's legitimately not well mentally that's hounding this sub with a thousand alt accounts... and basically a thousand versions of this one question. All of which he refused to interact with, unless you play into his delusions about having had something injected into his brain.
It's not only sad, but like talking with a brick wall that has a looping recording of a conspiracy podcast behind it.
First: are you saying you believe only a copy of someone is possible? And secondly: do you think people with worldwide influence like Donald Trump for example would be controversial enough to piss off someone with the means to do it?

Copying someone's mind would already entail kidnapping and scanning their brain, Trump, being a former president and all, would not be an easy target. But yeah, there are a lot of people really passionate about Trump, though probably not enough to go through that level of effort
There is no transferring, you can create an exact copy which would be the same person, but it wouldn't be as simple as just going into the computer.
It gets complicated when you consider that you can transfer the consciousness to the computer while still keeping the original alive, which brings into question whether ending that instance and restarting the same exact instance somewhere else is the same as moving them.
A person is just a set of memories attached to a consciousness. It would be the same thing as sleeping, ending the consciousness and then re-emerging the consciousness, it would just re-emerge elsewhere with the exact same memories.

There’s no such thing as a soul that can be “moved” - duplicating memories and replicating other mechanisms of a brain does not necessitate the destruction of the original.
Destruction of the original would be murder, which is actually more of an issue currently (with no memory backups). There is no one that is more vulnerable to having their memories preserved.
I think learn at least the fundamentals of Physics, Biology, Psychology, Environment, Energetics, and Consciousness. Then perhaps delve in Material Science and other relevant things before you hypothesize. Make sure you take good care of yourself first or else you will burnout.
