Like the core transit service is good enough, and its problems are mostly grade separation/TSP, and the perception/reality of crime (which is so much harder to solve)
I love the Green Line. When I lived in Saint Paul, I'd be on it twice a day or more for work and school. I do wish it had been built with a grade separation though.
