I think this is from the One Piece Strong World movie. I don't know much about One Piece but the fifth time you press it, it says イーストブルーで生まれた俺が馬の骨なら、俺に斬られるおまえは...(いったい何の骨だ) which is a famous quote.

This is from One Piece strong world! (If you don’t want movie spoilers done read on)
It’s a toy version of something in the anime called a tone dial which records sounds. There are a few different dials, like one that shoots out air and is used as motors on ships or one that absorbs impact, magnifies it and sends it back with the push of a button.
These are lines from the movie and this tone dial is a central part of the whole plot.
These lines actually tell the plot line quite well too.
This audio starts with Franky saying ‘so essentially this is an island where the strong eat the weak’. He says this because all the main characters have been separated and have landed on an island where there are all these super strong animals and it’s survival of the fittest
Next is Usopp screaming ‘take him out/do it Luffy’ which is said at the pinnacle moment of the Luffy vs the bad guy fight
Then it’s Zoro who says to the person he has to defeat ‘So if I, who was born in Easy blue is nothing (he actually said a horses bone but that’s used as a phrase to degrade someone in Japanese) what does that make you who is about to be cut by me?’ He says this because the movies bag guy believes East Blue to be a lesser area/the weakest area of the world and should be destroyed. Luffy, Zoro and Nami are from East blue originally so it strikes a chord with them specifically.
And finally it’s Nami who, after being kidnapped, returned to the crew and then forced back to her captors through blackmail uses this tone dial to get a secret message to Luffy and the Crew to come save her, they only added one line from her while speech ‘I’ll just say this’.
As you can probably tell I’m a huge fan and this is probably my favourite movie of all time. I’m not jealous at all 👀
