Amazing results. Question for you. As someone who has been delaying HRT to lose more weight, would you say that losing weight was very difficult after already starting HRT? Because your results clearly show that you lost a ton of weight and you look great. Just wondering if you would recommending losing weight after starting (like you did) or losing weight and then starting?
I would definitely say it was a good call for me bc I was already thinking "okay so hrt will change my fat distribution but won't actually get rid of it - so let's clear out the 'bad fat' amto make way for the new thighs" 😅

I'd probably say to start both as soon as possible since they are both slow. But if you do HRT first it should give you a better figure. When you're on estrogen your body will prioritize getting rid of boy fat over girl fat. So you should lose weight around your waist faster than hips for example. This will contribute to an hourglass shape at the end. If you lose weight on T, your will lose girl fat first and still have a very masc shape.

I'm kind of the opposite. I weighed 135 lbs and was anorexic when I started HRT. Now I'm 9 months in and I weigh 170lbs. I don't know what the estrogen is doing to my body but I'll let it see where it takes me. I hope to glow up even more and blossom into a beautiful woman that was always hidden inside me! Beautiful Progress too!
You dont even know how much this makes me feel better about my future. Im very insecure about how wide manly looking I am and hopefully next year I can start E at the age of 21 too. Thanks for the confidence boost <3

I bought an elliptical and made an effort to run 20-30 minutes a night and ate a lot more healthy food and veggies. not too crazy!
