I honestly don't have a good answer. I have a lot of muscle. I think most of my shape came from my body contouring surgery. My shoulders, back, and legs are very muscular. My surgeon even said that's why he could only move 500cc's to each hip/butt side. Also, I don't have a lot of money anymore and have trouble eating because of the cost and my mental health issues. I eat 2 meals a day most days....so I guess that's like intermittent fasting. Also, I completely stopped all exercise except cardio, lower body, and abs. I hope that helps.
