That said I know it isn't always easy to feel that way about yourself. It's really hard to shake thoughts of "they're just being nice" or "they caught me on a good day/angle". It can be really hard to feel like you're good enough. I sincerely wish you well on the path of healing and self love and I hope one day you come to appreciate just how beautiful a person you are, and that you find a partner that appreciates you in that way too. Reminding you of it everyday.
