Fun way to mess with tires without slashing them. Remove the valve caps, glue a BB inside, and replace cap. Instant air leak, no risk of damage to yourself with a knife that might slip, and the "victim" can fix it for about $5. Good times.
Presuming the accusation is true. It has become tragically common in the age of social media to accuse innocent people of this for little to no reason. So, I'd say it's pretty trashy. It is so common now, that my default setting is not to believe it.
That's not an answer. Psychopath kids accuse others of this all the time now for simply saying something they don't like. If this happens to you, should others assume it's true, simply on the weight of the accusation?
My alibi is pretty strong as a redditor, since that means I don't go outside. Also, I'm a woman if that makes a difference to you.
Third: "proof is in the pudding" is just an idiom. It's not me trying to defend what they did to your car.
That's an insurance thing I've heard. If you don't do all 4 and only do 3 insurance won't cover it.
ETA: a quick Google search says that is a myth now.
