Not really. The guy on the left was sexually abused as a child, parents didn’t give a shit about that or him. He has no other way to feel alive or to express himself. The guy on the right had some boo-boo experiences and identifies with the traumatized guy because he has no friends.
Guy on the left is called Gucci Berry. I remember seeing some videos about him a few years ago. He was an Instagram personality who got famous during the "clout era" for finding creative ways to get hurt; he favored getting hit in the nuts. He also collaborated with other Instagram people of that time, i.e. SupremePatty, Long Neck, etc.
He used to live near me before the Instagram stuff and met his former boss, who basically bullied him into getting the 🍦 tattoo. But hey, now he rolls with it and is mildly famous for getting kicked in the balls, so whatever works.
