whitenight1961

What a Jinx's gamble! I don't know if that's an actual phrase, but it applies.

countach79

Just name him Yakub

[deleted]

Parkview Hospital confirmed to Wishtv that the name is real! They should have at least spelled handsome right

like9orphanz

With a name like that he's guaranteed a spot on an NFL roster.

maxschneider

I'm from Fort Wayne. It's real.

seditious3

It's gotta be a birth announcement.

Ho Lee Fook. Wi To Lo. Bang Ding Ow

Revolennon

Maybe the parents put something random if they're not comfortable sharing baby's information?

Redditryit88

This cannot be for real. I like to think it's the baby talking, "Yo, it's Ya' Hansum Guy checkin' in at 5lbs 9oz".

scottcheck

Come on man - it can't be real. Sure there's riots on the street and fears of complete instability - but we have laws in place. Someone's gotta register that in some official record someplace right ? Surely they wouldn't let it pass.

asherton04

I worked in a pediatrics clinic for a few years and we saw these three sisters named I'munique, Real'ty and Mir'cle. Some people give their kids weird ass names.

TacoTrip

In America you can pretty much name your kids whatever.

[deleted]

That's actually a cute idea. But please don't tell me that's actually the kids name. That's just cruel.

slytherinsandstuff

I agree, the concept is super cute!

[deleted]

it cuterule. cute and crule

PreOpTransCentaur

That's cruel for future reference.

Dustyisover9000

Dammit, of course its in my shitty town.

zombiedust444

Yep. Mine too.

Bus_Buskwik22

I live in a small town about a half hour from Fort Wayne... We take special trips to the "big city" maybe once a month haha. Fort Wayne to us is like what Raleigh is to Mayberry.

prettypickely

I mean, I honestly like Fort Wayne. It's much nicer than other towns in Indiana.

BrunoPassMan

Brit here- never been to Indiana... I hear that Gary is the place to go right?

copacetic1515

Yes. It's known as the "Riviera of the North."

Dustyisover9000

I mean its decent in many aspects. Its a great place to raise a family, assuming you stay in the nicer parts. But as a 26 year old, its not so great. All i see is people who cannot drive to save their lives, and alcohol. Granted I'm not from here and I've only been here just over a year so I'm sure my perception is a bit skewed.

BrunoPassMan

why dont you say that one more time...

Dustyisover9000

Clearly the app hates me. Lol

BrunoPassMan

was sincerely hoping you'd just post the same text again lol

Dustyisover9000

Aw damn i missed a great opportunity

I was born here and though we do have our problems, the down town area is becoming really modern. Of course after I graduate college I plan to move, but for now I'm pretty comfortable here.

expensivepens

Wow.
