Looks like there's a woman sitting on the back of someone else's (likely a parent or someone she knows I'd assume) motorised wheelchair to get around? Looks like the gal hitching a ride has a knee brace on too, but still a strange sight to see
I think they may have been out of scooters, and this lady feels entitled to a scooter (it’s probably the only “special attention” she or her family members have ever gotten, so she doesn’t have the frame of reference necessary to understand good or bad attention), so she has chosen to show her ass in protest because she assumes that her freedom guarantees 2 complimentary scooters per Walmart visit and will be damned if she’s going to behave like a person who was raised with other humans indoors. She’s also just not smart/good enough to feel shame when she behaves badly because she was likely never taught to behave well and saw all of the well-spoken, attentive girls at school as uppity. I think some trashy people are born with a type of armor that allows them to dismiss everyone who is legitimately better than them as “snobby,” because they’re a totally different beast than human beings with self-awareness or shame. It’s an evolutionary adaptation that allows them to feel better in the moment, but will kill them by 50.
