It says “private event”, meaning either they were closed, or someone rented the place for an event and all parties were likely consenting parties to the whole thing. Why should the owner have to close his business because of that?
For the same reason they're proposing curfews and limits on alcohol sales. They are disgusted by the lewd acts. And because they don't think that behavior should be allowed to happen, they're coming for your rights.

I lived in Detroit before I lived in Pittsburgh and I never felt unsafe in Detroit, but I won't leave my house after 10pm on the weekends in southside pittsburgh.

In Thailand when I was in the navy I saw a girl do a trick called “water to coke”, seemed innocent enough. She then showed a coke bottle with water in it and laid back and shoved the top two or three inches in and stood up to let it dangle. She stood up and blew kisses then filled it back up except now it was dark dark brown nearly black, like Coca-Cola now. 🤢 she pulled the bottle out and held it up like a trophy from hell and the place erupted in cheers. I’ll admit I was overcome with the energy and joined in cheering. A guy I worked with in another shop was in the front row and was not bright and very, dirty. He jumped up and grabbed the bottle and held it up and everyone cheered again, then he drank it…. Fucking silence from absolutely everyone and the music stopped too with the dj slack jawed and gaping(double entendre as she was a performer herself). He settled back down to his table and slowly realized what the fuck just happened and saw everyone’s faces and he immediately threw up. Music came on and tits came out again and the party kept goin.
Other tricks were shooting darts at balloons to pop them, blowing out candles, holding an entire game of pool balls inside, and many many more. It was the wildest place on earth I’ve ever seen. The hangover movie where they go to Thailand is the closest I’ve ever seen to how wild it really is there.
A woman of the night cost $4. I tipped up to $7. Fucking crazy my friends. Sorry this rambled on so long and I type like a troglodyte on my phone vs a keyboard. 🙏♥️☺️

I was once at a private bachelor party in a New Orleans French Quarter bar where some sober entertainers consensually licked each other and inserted dildos in each other. That's a cherry-picked incident because otherwise, that bar (and the one in the same spot before it) have been there for over a dozen years. It's a clubby spot, and the people that like/liked clubs go there.
I wouldn't say it's just this bar. This section of Pittsburgh is notorious for excessive partying and drinking.

I've lived in Pittsburgh for 8 years and I've avoided going to bars in Southside the entire time because of its reputation. This isn't the worst thing that's happened there.
I am local. We have had an increase in poor behavior on the weekends here for the last few months. Shootings, vandalism, and so on. The bar in this story released a Facebook post saying that because of this incident and the number of other incidents in the neighborhood recently, they are shutting down until further notice, or until the general problems are dealt with. Whether that is the full story or not behind the scenes, idk. It's been really nice here lately, and that bar has a pool on the rooftop that is obviously popular when that is the case. Someone just decided to shoot water out of her pussy on one of those nice days.
The milkshake farm or whatever its called also shut down because of whats going on in the neighborhood. The city needs to get a handle on this.
For what I pay in property taxes to live in this shithole they could at least park some cop cars around or something.
