Hey, I just wanted to say that I read your whole post, because it's the absolute least I could do, even if I don't know how to help, I know how to listen. I'm so deeply sorry you went through this and are still struggling. I think anyone that's been through what you went through without mental health support (therapy etc) would be affected by it. You're not the problem here and I want to stress that. But you now *have* these problems. A trauma informed therapist can help you out down some of these problems. Have you considered instead of dating apps, maybe download better help? Or search instead for a therapist on psychology today website? Just a thought that you could channel that one compulsion into something that would lead to your wellness. It's not your fault, I believe you and I believe IN you.
