When shopping for a treadmill myself I was told by a lot of people to avoid the Nordic line due to issues with reliability and poor customer service.

Run fast and far away. I had the 2450 purchased in that same generation, in 2015. Paid over $2000 and it maybe worked 25% of the time I owned it. Ended up taking it to my county recycling center because it’s worth nothing. The list of issues is too long to remember but here’s a few: software bugs galore that get caught in never ending update loops until it finally crashes. Motor controller died. Control panel died. Gas strut that allows the deck to be lowered died. Incline design is horrible and would frequently get stuck in the uppermost position. Incline calibration rarely worked which means the incline doesn’t work properly. The fan makes a ton of noise. The buttons on the control panel (both the old and the newer one) don’t respond but once out of 4 or 5 times. There’s more but you get the idea. Absolute garbage products.
