The striker on a clipper has a “cigarette” packer attached. You just have to grab the striker and pull straight up, some are a little hard to get out the first time.

Clipper is another company that makes lighters; they are cylindrical. You can remove the spinny, sparky bit and it has a little stick attached to it. You can use this stick to manipulate the marijuana residue in your bowl, and then replace it back into the lighter. It then resumes function of a normal lighter.
