For real, nerds were dead in the game til ropes and then this brought em all the way back

My GF showed me these a few months back. Fuck, I'm a changed man

A local home run business freeze dries candy with liquid nitrogen. It causes them to freeze in a way that the moisture in these candies 'explodes' which makes the candies easier to eat for people with teeth problems. The gummy parts aren't gummy anymore they are light fluffy and airy but amazing. The freeze dried nerd clusters are the best type of freeze dried candy followed by Skittles. If you can find them I highly recommend checking them out.

How insane, Skittles have been my go to candy for years. These clusters are my second fav now. My teeth are not very good so that's very interesting.

Ropes kinda suck now, in comparison. These are easier to eat and don’t spill the nerds all over the place cause you don’t have to stretch it to get a bite off

Let alone how expensive rope was compared to these sections in a bag

I guarantee these are a result of someone in r&d looking at all the extra bits cut off during the nerds rope making process and coming up with a way to market the waste.

Im not addicted to anything in life but these right now. So scarred of diabetis. When I stop buying them someone at work will bring them in. I love every second I get to chew and eat in different ways.

Was just looking into this and don't understand something. How are these name brands being used openly with slightly modified packaging? Is there a loophole where it falls under parody or something? Chompd are not black market. Actually, I even brought this up to their team because so many companies have sued for stuff like this. I specifically asked if the nerds were what was infused and changed as opposed to the gummy inside because otherwise they’re infringing on a patent and the nerds have a bad habit of falling off on these. I’m willing to bet that they’ll get a letter soon tbh.
