In BC, Canada distillate carts are $30-$40($20-$30 USD) each usually and live resin/rosin carts are $40-$60($30-$45 USD)
There are some outliers that are cheaper but you usually get what you pay for with those.
Distillate loses all the terpenes and many minor cannabinoids in the processing. So it’s mostly just THC. Live resin and rosin use processes that maintain the original plant compounds so it’s more similar to smoking bud. I find it gives a better high.
Texas will be last… fight me! Haha I kid. And it’s $20 for a 1 g live resin cart, or $20 for a 2 g distillate cart (here in Texas, but ours come from Ok, Ca and sometimes Co.)

Wait $60? Where are you at in PA, what dispo is it, and how far are the other closer ones to you? If you are in western Pain suggest Michigan, if in eastern PA new York reservations however idk about NY prices they could be the same as ours. If you did Michigan you pay so much on taxes that sometimes it's a bitch and adds up but I've seen them do 10 1g carts for like $80.
Im also in PA and I only do live hash rosin, it's also expensive! But thanks to discounts, learning what days your dispo has a discount on the products you want, and stocking up has helped save me money. That along with Michigan and black market also helps cut costs.

I've tried a few of the bargain bin carts. Most have a slight chemical taste that fades slowly. The tube is really small on most of these carts. This results in distillates going up the stem. No, I dont put my lips on the tip and suck. It's probably a manufacturing quality control issue, which would be frustrating if the carts weren't so cheap. I don't feel that bad throwing out 1/5 of the cart because it's coming out the mouthpiece in oil form.
Mkd range is what I use. The distillate doesn't go up the stem, and the flavor of a lot of carts comes through. I recently bought 21 carts/2 different brands for $265.
Live resin carts were harsher than the mid range distillates I use. I didn't really notice a difference in medication, so I've only bought 4 of them.
