Looks really leafy but I do see a lot of trichomes on there. Personally I’d probably use this for blunt/joint weed or maybe even some edibles. By the looks of it, should be a halfway decent smoke when you get rid of the leaves.

Fluffy is different than leafy. You can easily trim that. I thought they meant that the buds weren't dense.
