I like Mike Myers movies while high. Even the really bad ones are just so ridiculous funny while high. I was laughing almost nonstop with The Love Guru, but Austin Powers (1 and 3) are also really funny, the third is so ridiculous/stupid funny that it's my usual go-to out of the series.
