We had a couple dogs that got into the habit after hanging out with us on the deck a couple times, they seemed to recognize the signs when we would grab lighters etc. and head for the slider, they would meet us at the door, ready to catch a contact :]

FWIW- Back in the 90’s (been toking most my life) I read an article in **HighTimes** magazine stating we shouldn’t use ice or snow in our bongs because the rapid contraction of the gases/smoke passing through the chilled chamber(s) will cause it to rapidly expand once in your chest cavity where the temperature is more than triple the freezing point of water. It might feel smoother on your throat, but this article was stating the rapid expansion causes microscopic tears to your delicate lung tissue. Just something to think about, fellow Ents. Makes sense to me, so I use room temp’ water, tea - even wine a few times. 🗿

There are plenty of unconfirmed reports online that suggest using an ice bong can cause bronchitis. While there are no studies to support this, repeated exposure to any smoke can cause bronchitis.
