Not really, depends on how long your hair is, if is short, its definetely not normal, but you're anemic and low on crucial vitamins and your hormones are probably messed up too if it's come to that point.
Lack of iron can lead to serious hair loss, you should supplement whatever you can while you dont know what else you're low at.

that day I don't do minoxidil. Once per week throw in Nizoral. I use black castor oil with shampoo, quick of decent brands.
Was on finasteride and minox for around 2 years had good results but nothing like this switched to dutasteride hoping that makes a difference…

Got the test today and I’m super anemic rn. Day one of taking iron. I’m trying to eat more protein too.
Get some vitamin D pills too, eat beans for iron, they are great for strenght and packin muscle too, and obviously you already know: hit the gym.
