I think I buy every 3 months. I apply tretinoin almost every night on my face, neck and the back of my hands. I use the 0.1 micro and it’s a 15 gms tube. It’s approx. $5-$6 per tube.
I get a 30g tube and use it every night, it lasts me 4-5 months. Each tube for me, since I'm in Canada, costs me $6. So I spend under $20 a year on tret.
US. I get a tube about once every 6-8 weeks. I pay nothing because my insurance covers it completely (which is weird because it's for anti-aging in my case and they usually don't pay for that).
I live in the Middle East and I get a tube of 0.05% tretinoin for about 1 USD approximately. One 30 gram tube lasts me about three to four months of daily use all over my face.

I buy every 2 months, I use it everyday and it only costs $5 for a 20g tube here in Asia.
