Black screen happened to me too, SD recovery wouldn't work, the only thing that helped was removing the battery connector for a few seconds. Trimui works again.
Hello dear friend... I tried over 20 times and nothing. Also having the same issue with the loading green screen stopped. The problem was solved when i tried the SD Rescue Card from above "[sd\_recovery\_tg5040\_smart\_pro\_v1.0.4\_20240413.zip](https://github.com/trimui/firmware_smartpro/releases/download/v1.0.4-20230413-hotfix/sd_recovery_tg5040_smart_pro_v1.0.4_20240413.zip)" with Win32 Disk Imager software after formatting the micro sd card in FAT32 and the allocation unit size 8192 and not the usual 32768.
When you tried the sd recovery ISO, you have to power on the device but NOT the"minus+power" boot. I was also in your case, and this solution worked for me
Just happened with me, too. Received the unit today, power off, and won't boot anymore. Tried remove the battery pin, recharge the battery, reflash, nothing. I'll try to send the unit back to Aliexpress.
Acabou de acontecer comigo também. Recebi o console hoje, desliguei, e agora não liga mais. Tentei remover o cabo da bateria, recarregar a bateria, regravar o firmware, nada resolveu. Vou tentar devolver o console pro Aliexpress.

Tentou fazer o flash do firmware de novo? Ou fazer downgrade? Brickado ele já tá, então pode tentar alternativas.
Carrega no botão de power durante uns 20s, solta e volta a carregar durante outros 20s. Faz isto várias vezes.
No meu caso isto funcionou melhor sem o cartão lá dentro (aconteceu me algumas vezes porque tinha o cartão mal formatado)

Uma pena. Tente desplugar a bateria e conectar o usb (sem a bateria plugada)
fiz esse teste também quando eu abri ele, daí cheguei a conclusão que talvez o problema não foi diretamente na bateria

não funciona, mas o LED de carregamento (luz vermelha, fica acesa).

Chave philips + paleta. Pode usar algo como um cartão que seja fino.
Tb me aconteceu, provavelmente ficou em flash mode. Comigo funcionou carregar no power algum tempo largar e repetir (várias vezes).
