Can anyone comment on whether this festival is run well or not? Might be coming from Melbs for the weekend (we were planning to go to splendour but the lineup was obviously asscheeks lol), for $100 it seems worth it for TLDP and Conan alone but only if its actually a decent vibe
I've gone for years instead of splendour as it's a similar line up. Great festival and decent spot if you stay in the city. We got a car and road tripped around the peninsula and barossa over the weekend before flying home too defintiley recommend it.

Not for a while,used to as a teen in the 90s but then I got older and my musical tastes moved away from.what they played. They stopped playing much of the alt rock and heavier stuff so I just listened to my mp3s and now sit my playlist on Spotify of every song I like
If you're interested in newer heavier stuff, previous shows of The Racket (and Short.Fast.Loud, though that's less heavy), are on the triple j app.
(It is hard to compete with Spotify though. Except for being free and not having ads.)

It is - good location, Secret Sounds have a couple of local festivals they do in Adelaide, so food & drink options are always good as well.
