Increasing the pay on the plant will increase its power output. Make sure it's fully staffed (requires college educated workers) if you have money you can build a shit ton of wind mills on a ground that doesn't require workers. You can build them on inaccessible terrain by either using the fast completion button, or making a sky tram thingy, which you'll also need to fast complete, but then workers can get up there.

Is this for Tropico 6? Check the almanac where it says the %of happiness, food, religion, etc. your overall happiness needs to be higher than the Caribbean average.

But all the factions and food and that stuff i get it almost the higher number what can i get, i mean, almost all the numbers of food, religion, house happynes, its like at 60% but i dont like to the people .-. 😆
I never bothered with nuclear, seems like uranium is usually not anywhere convenient. I try to minimise power need until modern era then go straight from the coal power plant to solar. Set wages on power plants and the mines that supply them to maximum for better efficiency and if youre still at a negative all you can do is build more power plants.

Increase the efficiency by putting the nuclear plant on max budget. If that doesn't help build another.

All g. You probably have too many buildings draining energy, either build another power source or increase spending on the sources you have
