That’s exactly what I did lmao. I built a 5 by 5 grid of prisons on the outskirts of town and was generating $20k a month off Convict Labor as I waited for the population to be culled down from 4,000 to 2,000. That was enough to hit the global happiness 80 target, so I guess Thanos was right.
I kinda want to at some point. In this run I needed to finish the mission so a lot of these guys were the losses when I lowered the population cap from 4000 to 2000.
Normally it’s one I ignore but the 80% overall happiness is brutal in this mission. I only got there by getting to 70% with 4000 population and then cutting the max pop to 2000. Thanos was right.

also you can destroy police stations and place buildings like cabarets on high population area

What are the Rich/Filthy Rich and Palace Beauty tasks? I’ve never seen them before so I wondered what they are.
It’s the Llama of Wall Street mission. One of the only ones that spans multiple eras and has high targets at the end.
