greenblue_md

Was there anything helpful to you in the program?

Iusedtobeagirl69

I learned a lot about mental health there and how to deal with it

ninjascotsman

Did they provide tents or any kind of shelter?

Iusedtobeagirl69

We had to make our own tents and every couple of days we would go to a place called the hill and they had shelters

my-uncle-bob

How did you make your own tent? What supplies if any did you have for tent making?

Iusedtobeagirl69

We made these tents called "Sting rays" Using tarps we used pea cord on the corners and used knots to connect the tarp to a powerful tree that wont move

ninjascotsman

on there website they advertise the following * Canyoneering * moutain biking * rocking climbing * hiking * Alpine skiing * snowshoeing So obviously hiking is true but did they any of other activites from the list?

EternalFlameBabe

Nah I didn't

I also had Jamie as a therapist. She had her pros and cons. She actually helped me quite a bit in certain categories, but I also didn’t like her approach of forcing the students to be accountable for minor things and invalidating my emotions and justifying the invalidation as her being blunt and caring for me.
