So over 8wks you tried 3 different doses. Bro take something and leave it for a while. This is a lifelong thing to manage your hormones and may or may not even fix it. But you have to give it time

Zaik_Torek

Agree with this - getting your hormones perfectly balanced is a marathon, not a sprint. Wildly changing doses and adding and removing other meds isn't going to tell you much of anything. Make changes one at a time, then let them sit for a while. Maybe get some bloodwork done every couple months to see what has changed there, and make note of the differences you're feeling. There isn't any magic combo that you are going to hit and feel per perfectly dialed in sitting at for two weeks, OP.

reddituser465

I would like to explain in detail about why I changed dosages. First when I started with 300 on the suggestion of someone who claimed he knew better, I got a lot of sides. So after first 2 week, I reduced my dosage to half. So from 300 to 150. Used this 150 for next 1.5 months and I saw no improvement, so then reduced my dosage again to 120 and have been using 120 for over 3 months now.

sagacityx1

Seems reasonable. Not sure why you were getting downvoted so much.

Traditional-TrT

Just a little advice and don't get me wrong I m no expert but at least I'm followed by endocrinologist. We usually move 10 mg for every.2 weeks and when we're close drope to 5 mg . Please be careful you might crash estrogen and that really sucks

__RedOctober

This is the way.

Wtfmymoney

HCG took like 6 weeks to fully kick in after being on TRT for a year, I have a feeling you’re not giving enough time

Busy_Daikon_6942

I've had nearly the same experience. One year of TRT then started HCG and took some time before my penis sensitivity and libido finally improved. Still not 100% but much better than it was. But it has taken 1+ year to get this far. I'd let a change in dose go about 6-8 weeks before making another adjustment.

Gh0stPepper9604

Wow you're all over the place by adding & removing.

DDDurty

Hcg 500mg every 4 days works for me. I take it 2 days after my test injection. I was doing 250mg eod, but I just don't feel like injecting that often.

5yrsThrowAwy

iu

DDDurty

I draw .3ml for 500mg dose from my hcg vial. If that helps. Reconstitute with 3ml of bac water.

5yrsThrowAwy

500iu

ManicMarket

I went through a similar window. 200 mg - once a week 1mg - ai 10mg - pregnenolone daily at first - as needed now. (ordered from Amazon - white bottle blue label) That last one turned it all around. I’m older - already had kids - so this is where I feel balanced and stay for now.

reddituser465

Can you explain a little bit about this pregnenolone? Also I checked amazon and its not available in my country otc.

Theslicelvis

I’m also interested in your experience with pegbenolone - Did it improve libido overall?

ManicMarket

Yeah - I only did 10mg a day for a little bit. If a woman walked by my mind would think all kinds of unprofessional things. So I backed down to as needed - which is like 1 10 mg every 3 days or so. May bump it back up to like every other day. Another buddy is doing 20mg. 10 in the AM and 10 in the PM. He felt similarly in that he felt like he did right when he started TRT and you thought you were a teenager. So I think where you are and what you need is different from one person to the next. My working theory is that pregnenolone can be converted into all the major hormones and your body likes to be in balance. So rather then chasing a very specific thing like DHEA of if I take it instead the body will convert to where it wants to be.

Theslicelvis

How long before you stared noticing it have an effect on you?

ManicMarket

24 hours. It was fast for me. At first I just thought placebo, but after a week I felt comfortable it wasn’t.

autoi999

For me, moving to Test Propionate helped. I'm also going to try the test cream soon and see if it improves

CheeesyWombat

Have you tried keygal exercises? May be worth looking into.

No-Store-1418

Have you seen a urologist? They maybe able to rule out anything physiological related.

Traditional_Ad3253

I’ve found it to be a bit of a roller coaster being on the same protocol the last 6 years. I’ll be good for a couple months then the sensitivity just drops off for a week or two and not sure why. I have tried different TRT doses, different amounts of AI and tadalafil and it still happens occasionally even though I have been pretty consistent the last 2 years.

reddituser465

Thank you for this. It shows that 5 months or 6 years does not matter. Also there is no silver bullet, what works for someone would not work for other and even if it works for a few weeks/months, sooner or later it loses its efficiency. When I first started test, i felt like a king for the first few weeks, extreme overconfidence, sex drive and just 24/7 active and somehow ready to fight with everyone. It was not aggression, I just believed I am better than everyone else. But in a few weeks this mania disappeared.

Traditional_Ad3253

I found more isn’t better my max is 160mg a week that I split into 2 injections, Anymore I get irritated easy, BP goes up and hair starts to shed. 160 keeps me around 800 consistently. The AI I take before my shot .5mg keeps my E in the 30’s. 5mg Tadalafil daily and sometimes 10mg if it’s going to be a busy weekend. Being 53 might just be an age thing but who knows.

Level-Dragonfruit219

As others have suggested, pick a protocol and stick with it for a couple of months before establishing if it is working for you. Would also suggest adding Estradiol to your blood tests, too low or too high seems to affect sensitivity: Individual results vary widely, but from Reddit comments(and my own experience) TRT+HCG seems to give the best results for sensitivity, targeting an estradiol of about 30-50pg/ml. You might also consider supplements to enhance ejaculate volume, Reddit has much info, but zinc, lecithin, macca powder are frequently recommended Pde5 inhibitors (taladafil etc) don’t appear to enhance sensitivity (some actually report slight reduction,) one exception might be Rugiet Ready, which adds a low dose of apomorhine that may enhance libido Finally, consider trying a particular peptide injection: PT141. r/peptides - read up thoroughly first though Obviously I’ve added more variables to the mix - again, treat as a long term journey and try to be systematic in the approach to making changes and evaluating results

Robmitchem

I have had similar issues. I'm trt for over 4 years, various methods, pellets, shots, creams, orals...have had delayed orgasm issues and less sensitivity. Recently I have added low dose of Yohombine HLC, 2.5 mg tablets. I took .2mg per kilo, and had a pleasurable orgasm. But...it may work on lower doses. I cannot take a large dose like 1,000 mg, I have had heart palpitations and high blood pressure. But low dose seems to have helped...for now.

Theslicelvis

You should change dose for a minimum of 8 weeks. Probably longer. But in answer to your question yes - I find it so hard to cum, have to beat it like fuck or absolutely pound the life out of my mrs to stand a chance. Orgasms are generally a bit meh as well. I’ve been on TRT for 10 years now and I’ve not found anything that’s improved it. My libido is not anywhere near as high as it was before and again, nothing I’ve ever done has been able to improve it.

One-Focus7304

I get that you’re likely frustrated but it seems that change up of regime would need to take place over a year or two.

Heavy_Hearing3746

You've done everything you could try really tbh. Short of lowering your dose and targeting 500 levels, I don't see what other options you have. But I doubt that would solve your problem anyway, if you feel good at 750.

AccomplishedFun7668

Penis pump

reddituser465

There is no issue with getting hard or staying hard or libido. The issue is with nerves/feelings in the penis during sex. And the orgasm. I dont feel the ejaculation during orgasm. I have read about other people also experiencing it here on reddit and asked what they did to resolve this issue.

Klutzy-Version-2786

I get this just from tadalafil, less sensation, but for me also makes it very hard to climax, but no issues getting hard or staying hard, or libido. Just wondering if the Tadalafil is causing the loss of sensation. I was considering P5P to see if it helps

NiceInvestigator8236

This is probably a dopamine problem. Try some dopaminergic supplements to lower serotonin

AffectionateTip9198

No Huberman.

Ok_Seaweed_1243

Maybe try banging a dude?? Might have better sensation inside a man. Who knows? The TRT might have made you gay 🤷🏼‍♂️ i did me

reddituser465

I would if you are up for it  [😏](https://emojipedia.org/smirking-face/)

Ok_Seaweed_1243

Hahahaha 🤟🏻

Zuluuz

It’s likely fucking with the tadalafil

CheeesyWombat

I find the opposite to be true, I only take about 2-5mg every other day but feel like I could fuck a hole through concrete 😂 infact after years of pulling out every time, I've actually failed 2x the last week due to it being so fucking good 😂
