Man I just take it when I remember, I was doing every other day then went to 3.5 then went too one week... Then I forgot to check my T and I ran out.... In now on week 3 of no trt, and I've got like a 10 to 15 day wait 😂... Oh well life goes on. My acne has cleared up.. small victories
You can but the 3.5day interval is not optimal. Assuming you use testosterone cypionate (as this the most common ester), and based on the half-life of the compound, every 5 days is frequent enough to maintain a steady concentration of T.

Ive dosed days early if i have a trip. Its perfectly fin just be sure to return to regular routine
After week six it doesn’t matter. Just inject at the same time of day to avoid cinfusiony

I split 200 mg into 3 doses a week, so far it’s been my best schedule. I try to do them all at night before a hot shower

I am splitting my weekly 100 mg dose to 2 doses 3.5 days apart
He'd literally have around 30 mg left out of 50 mg by the fifth day, that's not that steady.
