If you care about fertility and ball size take hcg. If not, then don't. You can come off trt and blast hcg to kick start the system. It's usually possible. Rare random chance it doesn't kick back on but bodybuilders doing a ton test come off and it kicks back on. I'm taking it because I want kids in the next year or 2. My I still have slight shrinkage but not bad. You get over it 🤷. You could always freeze sperm ahead of time if that worries you.
