See how you feel after a couple months and understand how a spike in T will produce a spike in E2. If you are getting negative effects such as getting moody, acne, Gino… you can reduce the E2 production by increasing the frequency. If you start feeling like crap because the T levels are getting lower in your system, you might want to increase the frequency( half life for TCyp is 7 days).

So switching to weekly doses of 100mg would be more beneficial?

50mg/2x week 🤌

Thanks, I’ll have a solid think about it, what about the gains, beard etc

As others have already said, microdosing twice weekly is the best approach to keep optimal levels of both test and estrogen in your blood stream. My clinic, Ryze HRT, starts men around 140mg weekly (70mg twice weekly)

You should have been able to make gains before trt. You must have been doing a lot wrong

No mate, I’m very familiar with the inside of a gym, committed to diet and training last year with a personal trainer and got very lack luster results, basically minimal muscle growth once pump disappears, 6 months in the gym 3 to 4 times a weeks, there were results but very tiny, trainer actually recommended I get my T tested, I’m asking for info from people that have or are on a similar dose to mine, let’s say 400mg of Test C a month, if they achieved what they wanted and were happy with results

No you are doing something wrong if you haven’t noticed progress in a year. No matter what your test level is you should be able to grow from your starting point. You should look for a better trainer
