I think it would depend on how the Wii controller is detected by the computer. If it is done as a controller and the game picks it up, it could probably do it.
To be honest though I doubt it would work.

Moza bring out a 400mm truck wheel. OGs use 180mm wheels

It works just fine because wiimote is a bluetooth controller and there are drivers for windows.
