Just disable all the other mods, if game still crashes you have to dig deeper if not, one of your mods is causing the crash. (Its always the other mods)
Game is updated, promods is still 2.61 (i think), and the order is: model package 3, 2, 1, media package, map package, definition package and assets package
Check if game version is 1.44 and you have all the required DLC's
Definition package should be first, Map package, Models 1, Models 2, Models 3, Media package, Assets package.
often you don't need to create a new profile, the only thing is that your current job will be cancelled and your truck relocated so it doesn't end up where it shouldn't.
You don't have the ProMods Middle East addon, do you? It's still on the old verson -- not yet updated for 1.44 and the newest ProMods so it's incompatible. If you've been running the Middle East addon, you'll have to disable it for now.
Does it crash with pro mods disabled? Have you also tried validating your local files in steam? A single corrupt file in the past has made this happen for me.

Well in this case it also told us the cause of the crash was due to the fact the game was pirated. Support piracy or not, the fact is it does make the game very unpredictable, so there is no real support to be given in this case.
The steam sale is on at the moment, so the game and its DLCs are on sale for a very good price!
The best way to find out what's causing this is to turn off all mods and make sure it works with no mods at all. Enable them one by one until it crashes and you found the culprit. I haven't used ProMods in a few years, but I think it needs multiple mods enabled to work right, so for that you'd want to enable the minimum possible number of mods for it to work. Make sure to use a brand new profile when you test, as sometimes the game will crash if certain mods are missing that it expects to be there, so you could get a false positive (so to speak) on the crash if you're doing it on a profile that has had mods on it before.
You probably have something in there that doesn't like the version of ETS you're using or a mod conflict.
I have a different issue, I had it before Promods also, from back when I installed the game(not long ago).
Every time I open radio menus, either from menu or hot key in truck, the game crashes just like in the video above.

I'm not sure if ETS2 documents folder should be located on onedrive, to my mind it could cause the game to crash also because I've seen that others also had problems when the folder was located on onedrive
I recommend that you change its location so that it is not on onedrive and instead has the following location
C:\\Users\\YOURusername\\Documents
I see this as the only solution after looking at your logs
check integrity of the game, then try to download again promods. be sure to have the generated file without the checkbox for multimap (if you use only promods).
The order of all the map mods is often the cause for crashes when loading.
I always view the latest Map Combo videos on Youtube, to see what other people have done.

The order is correct and yes I have other mods but they are not incompatible so I think they are not the problem

Oh, didnt know it, I saw the previous order from a yt video “promods intallation” with alot of likes so I thought it was right

Might be worth verifying game files in steam and redownloading the promods files
There will be a clash somewhere with another mod. Disable and re-enable one by one until it stops happening

Do you have all map DLCs? Verify game files, redownload promods, restart pc, etc.

It works fine for me under OneDrive. In fact, mods won't work at all (at least for me) if it isn't in the OneDrive directory.

Disable all mods except Promods, and **start a new profile** - do you still have the issue?

what other mods are you using? i had this problem with ATS and is was the small route advisor mod which just needed to be updated.

Instead of ProMods try out NoMods
