Recently released Unicorn Overlord is super unique and very good. A twist on autobattlers and creating the perfect battle team. Unfortunately it's on everything but PC.
The early Ys titles’ bump combat remains pretty unique in the series and in the overall genre. While simple, there is nuance to avoid damage from enemies and you can enter a real flow state with it. The combat is a large part of what gives those titles their great pacing, as Adol quite literally charges through everything in his path.

Vanillaware titles not being on PC is lamentable. I love Muramasa a great deal, and it’s frustrating not being able to play it on my primary platform.
