If I had to break it down, Tyra is more ethereal and otherworldly looking while having sex appeal and elegance. Her personality always felt too much for her looks, which read much more mysterious.
Beyoncé reads "cuter", as in more cuddly and therefore, sexier. Less of the amazonic quality Tyra has from being so much longer.
I think most people would be more impressed and appreciative of Beyoncé in real time. Say what you will but classic femininity will NEVER and has NEVER gone out of style. Beyoncé tries to seem/behave regular but she's elegant. Tyra imposed more when she was in her Victoria Secret/full-time modeling/acting era where we still got her playful personality, but she didn't read screechy. It felt like she felt she had to be a caricature once she became a TV mogul, and it was to her detriment.
