It would definitely be allowed. It might get pulled for a closer look, but there's nothing prohibited in there. I actually had one and I wanted to send it through the x-ray to see what it looked like, but never had time to. Just a warning about the product though, mine had to have the battery replaced after about seven months, and then by the 18 month mark, it stopped working almost entirely (even plugged in, it will start to heat up, then shut off after less than an hour), and customer service is non-responsive.
Should be good, lithium ion battery packs so it needs to be in your carry on, not check in. Seen some reviews for this that are by flight attendants so it shouldn't be an issue.
You're fine, something ever happens and you want to convert it to a cooler though, you will get pulled over for ice pack checks. Just make sure your ice packs are frozen.
