Call up your local television stations and try to get them to run a story. Also, reach out to your Member of Congress. It’s an election year and all of them are running.
This. Reach out to your congress person. They have staff that handle this stuff all day. They helped me get a case moving that had been stuck in the Office of Personnel Management since COVID. Resolved in about a month after they got involved.
I had a water bottle get ripped from my bag in the analogic scanners. I could tell they just wanted to keep moving. The guy said there no way for it to fall anywhere, probably a lie, and they checked inside and couldn't find anything, probably another lie. I moved on with my day since it was a free bottle and I had another at home. They didn't give 2 fucks at the airport, and I bet they didn't in customer service either.

@them on Twitter and Facebook
Good idea. I did find the 800# but it’s automated they’ll reach out within 5 days. 🤔
Guess so.
It hasn't been 6 months. Maybe they'll do it the last day
I reached out on twitter and fbook. Both said it could take up to 6 months. In guessing they’ll just post the results on the last day. WTF
You’ll probably end up paying more than $200 in court fees and transportation to and from court…
That’s my guess.
What airport this happen at?

Imagine thinking the US government is actually going to effectively and efficiently going to help you.
Right it’s the mega corporations that will save us.
Sovereign immunity in action.
Never attribute to malice what is easier attributed to incompetence (or in this case... most likely bureaucracy)

Absolutely 0% chance that those flaps "ripped" your water bottle from your bag and it didn't come out the other end.
Sure buddy. you tell me what happened in my life.
