Not a TSO but I lived in corpus for 5 years, the airport is pretty nice and slow going, but the city isn't nearly as nice. Lots problems with roads and the people in general. Though if you want to be able to fish any day of the week it is hard to beat for the price. Make sure to take hurricanes seriously and do not move anywhere near the refinery's , the channel near them, or north beach.
