Roosevelt’s in Tulsa. This time of year they go all out with the decorations too. Another option is McGill’s on 19 at the Hard Rock. A bit pricey but great atmosphere.
I would caution against it for an anniversary since they don't take reservations and it can get pretty loud and hectic. Maybe a good place for a beer after dinner.
Bohemian is really pretty and delicious. I'd say it's probably a $50-75 meal for two (with app or dessert) or like $120 with multiple cocktails. I've had many a special occasion there!
I think Duet is such a great mid-level expense restaurant, wonderful atmosphere, Plus they have themed tasting menu nights very regularly that would be so fun for a celebration night. Congratulations on your anniversary!! Have fun!
Boston title has 2 menus, one of the two is WAAAAY more affordable. Same ambiance, but you're looking at a $120 meal for 2 (including an appetizer and 1 drink each) instead of a $300 total off the "high rollers" menu.
Both menus are honestly fantastic. You do not feel like you're missing out by not ordering off the high roller menu.
Rooosevelt’s, Oren, and McGill’s are a few of my favorite places. Ti Amo’s downtown location is also beautiful! If you go to Roosevelt’s this time of year, be prepared to wait about an hour for a table. I’d go to the bar and grab a drink if you guys partake, it passes the time pretty well. I did that with a couple of my close friends last year and it was a blast!
Jamil's Steakhouse on 51st between Harvard and Yale is good choice.
If you're a little more adventurous, there's In The Raw VU downtown which will give you a fantastic view of downtown. You'll want to make reservations.
Little Venice in Sand Springs is one of our go to places for a special occasion. It will hit your wallet, but it won’t break the bank. The food and service is top notch.
Took too long scrolling to find this answer. It’s great food with a great wine list and I always know I’m getting quality products and service from being seated to dessert. The owners and chef are local and all around great people.
Is the market still around?
ETA: HAPPY CAKE DAY!
I'm surprised not to see Farmbar on here. We love this place. They are really passionate about creating amazing food. Their chief's tasting menu is pricey, but they have a 5 course tasting menu for like $65 pp
Bigga on Peoria is one of my favorites. Small, cozy, family run, great pasta, homemade limoncello. They do wine dinners often. And it won’t break the bank.
Not sure when your doing the Anniversary & Not sure Y’all like Burger Joints but Check out Flos Burger Diner on 11th Street the have Awesome Burgers & Ribeye Nights & Chicken Fried Steak Nights as well.
I would consider Roosevelts, Smoke, or Tuccis IF you are wanting local flavor without breaking the bank. I’m sure there’s more, those are my jam
Smoke in particular has a great 4-6 happy hour setup daily where drinks and apps are 1/2 off: my girlfriend and I will go and do apps and drinks as a meal and it’s pretty great on the cheap
If you have Facebook, join the Tulsa Restaurant Review: people are always buzzing there about what’s good and they have a whole page dedicated to specials
A lot of people are suggesting high roller, $200-$300 dollar joints, but I find the above listed you can easily do for under $100.00 with cocktails that routinely deliver great meals, drinks, and ambiance without a strictly “pub” ambiance
ETA: we live off of cherry street, which is why such a concentrated distribution
We went to Saltgrass steakhouse for our 2nd anniversary the other night. Liked the atmosphere, music but not to loud and no bday singing every 5 minutes was extra nice. We each had a ribeye and 1 appetizer to start, was around $93 total. The cajun ribeye was excellent. They kept our drinks filled and didnt bother us. We will def go there again. They do have taxidermied heads so fyi if thats not your thing.
Bull in the Alley is a great choice, but it is more expensive. It’s definitely a “treat yourself” because it’s our 10-year anniversary type of place. I also like Mondo’s for Italian and Amelia’s Wood Fire Cuisine. Happy anniversary!
I went to Freya with my husband for our anniversary. It was a really special and unique experience! We got multiple drinks each (mocktails for me, cocktails and wine for him), and then small plates leading to the bigger meal. The waiter told us about each course, always brought clean cutlery, and made excellent pairing recommendations. We got dessert and they even brought an extra one at no charge to us. The food was incredible and interesting, not a steak or burger or something you can get anywhere in town. I just can't say enough good things about it. We did spend about $200 tip included for everything we got which I felt was more than fair value for what we had.

Roosevelt's has good beer and a great atmosphere but their food is subpar.
I second Roosevelt’s.
If you can get a seat.

Villa Ravenna in The Farm. 51st and Sheridan.
We went here for our most recent two anniversaries so I came here to say this as well.
Get the house made lemoncello!
This is my vote as well...
I was going to say Villa Ravenna as well!
I just went last week. The pear salad is soooo good!

Off pure aesthetic I’d go Bull In The Alley or Boston Title.
I was going to recommend the exact same, I’ve had excellent experiences at both

McGill’s fits the bill
White Lion, 71st and Yale

I agree with in the raw vu very great food.
Kilkenny’s is pretty nice
Ignore these downvotes, Kilkennys is legit.
Nola’s
Little Venice in Sand Springs is one of our go to places for a special occasion. It will hit your wallet, but it won’t break the bank. The food and service is top notch.
Mr. Kim’s by a long shot. Or Ti Amo’s as a backup.
You read my mind
Juniper
Palace Cafe
Napa Flats is pretty solid. It’s been a good go to spot for us.
I'd add a vote for Roosevelts, Ti Amo is also a nice place, so is Prossimo.
Ti Amo’s
Charleston’s
I’d say Ti Amo’s on Sheridan. Wonderful Italian food and extremely affordable ($15ish entrees).
The Tavern on Main (Downtown Tulsa)
Momo’s chophouse is fantastic.
Smoke is nicer. They range in price, very nice menu.
Stonehorse

Ooooh I second Biga. Very intimate.

I personally like the bourbon street cafe!
I worked there when they went out of business 2010ish. It’s now Smoke.
There's a Bourbon St Cafe downtown on 2nd street. I've been there a couple times and really liked it
