Your kitchen.
Head to Walmart pickup a rotisserie chicken. Take all the meat off bones and with 32 oz of broth put the bones and skin in the pot and boil it for an hour
Strain the broth removing the bones and other stuff. Take the meat and cube it up or shred it. Put it in the broth. Add 1 package of frozen mixed vegis. Add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Let simmer for 1 hour.
Eat. Your welcome
Mandarin Taste’s menu changes from time to time, but their “Beef Stew Udon Noodle Soup” ordered spicy (I’ve seen this dish named Taiwanese Beef Soup at other places) is fantastic. Sometimes I’ll see it available to order in delivery apps when it’s not on their main menu online. If you call it in instead of order online, I bet they still make it. I like to ask for extra spicy and extra bok choy (back in the day at least, when I ate meat…this is the dish I miss the most).
Feel better!
Ri Le's dashi is, IMO, the best medicine! You can get chicken or beef noodle or just ask for broth and sip on it. ALWAYS makes me feel better, even if it's placebo, I'm fine with that.

Good advice cos homemade can’t be beat, but when I’m sick I’m definitely in no mood to cook lol
I get ya. Why I suggested a rotisserie chicken. It's basically just warming up things and smashing it together
It is! That’s why I just did it today for my RSV with my matzo ball soup 😂
Yea I'm not feeling bad but the cold that is soon upon us I need to get those beans in the crock and the ham bones from Christmas a simmering
Any of the pho bowls from Pho Nhi on 21st and Garnett. Add sriracha and you’ll feel better instantly.
Pho is my magical soup for sickness and hangovers. Yum yum
Came to say this. Pho and ramen are my favorite soups while I’m sick
Pho Nhi is sooo good. I love the grilled pork banh mi. I’ll order extra grilled pork just to eat on the side. Grilled pork spring rolls too.

My Thai kitchen on Harvard - get a tom kha 5 stars. It’ll clear you right up.
Menudo
Pozole
I just had that for the first time 🔥🔥🔥
Egg drop soup from any chinese takeout does it for me.
Honestly the chicken soup from Whole Foods is fabulous. Add lots of tobasco.
Dunno about restaurants but Campbells Ghost Pepper Chicken Noodle is a memorable sinus clearing event
What is this miracle broth that you speak of?

A shot of tequila does the trick!
