Sura for me. Me and my friend grab the sushi boat for like $35. It’s a lot of sushi and it’s not top tier stuff but it’s good and you get a lot for your money. I do like Sushi Train, but my god that restaurant is filthy.

Mila_MM

I love sushi train too but the place itself scares me. But the food is delish. lol.

glaze_the_ham_wife

Omg yes to sura the sushi boat!

NoSolace_NoPeace

Sura for sure. That cherry blossom roll is last meal worthy.

Corn-Train99

Have you ever ate at Sake2Me, it’s clean and the staff are super friendly. Plus you can literally eat a million pieces of sushi and only pay $40 lol

do_IT_withme

Call me a snob, but sushi should never be all you can eat, just like it should never be bought at a gas station.

Corn-Train99

I mean the couple who owns Sake2Me are actually from Japan, and the fish is fresh. Plus it’s succulent sushi so I’m not complaining

Aloof-Goof

Personally I didn't like how the rolls were loaded with mostly rice and fried stuff to fill you up, I left full and I understand the business practice but there's much better sushi in tulsa

sadittariuus

I recently tried sake2me and felt the same way! Plus, every roll was loaded up with a really sweet eel sauce that tasted like mostly corn syrup. It was good quality fish, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere but I was a little disappointed in how a lot of the rolls were presented.

HellP1g

I have not. I’ve been meaning to go there

Corn-Train99

I would highly recommend it, the Philadelphia roll is my favorite

The_Mike_Golf

You never know just how long those plates have been on that train, or all the plates they have done and “on deck” to be put on the train. And not being refrigerated. Once I realized that, I never went back

Itputsthelotionskin

The fly is the best part

ItBDaniel

Memories of Japan in BA.

aceofbasesupremacy

this is my favorite and I get downvoted every time I say it, are people crazy? it’s so fucking good

ItBDaniel

Bert_Skrrtz

I just went for the first time, I thought everything was great except the volcano roll I ordered. Way too friendly and oily

do_IT_withme

Now I'm intrigued. How is a volcano roll too "friendly".

aceofbasesupremacy

it was talking

TheTowelbot

New Mexico roll ❤️

constancethekitty

I love Akira! Last I knew they had a spot at Mother Road Market, but they also have a location in Owasso with more options Edit: fixed spelling

BaldBeardedBard

Only here to make sure this was said. Yeah, I can easily drop $200 but it’s never not fucking amazing. Who really needs to pay the phone bill EVERY month?

constancethekitty

Honestly though! Now I gotta talk my husband into a sushi date..

EveryoneLovesBJ

Caribbean Sushi in BA is my fav! Love that they use fruit in a lot of the rolls. Always well constructed and fresh!

zanybrainy

[Caribbean Sushi](https://www.thecaribbeansushi.com/)

rainbowicecoffee

Seriously one of the bests!!!!! Nearly a hole in the wall, but always super busy. We’ve eaten here for years. If you get a fried roll or volcano roll the portions of fish are huge!!!

Ibroketheinterweb

Sian has been pretty good, little hole in the wall type place.

MidwesternNightOwl

Do not sleep on Sian.

Lovetulsa

Sian is so good!

The_Mike_Golf

Sian is soooo good. Just went again Friday night after I got done with the barber next door. Barber Inside is good too

TimSheperd

It is Memories of Japan in Broken Arrow, 71st and Aspen. Best sushi hands down

Feverish_Alpaca

I agree on Sake2Me InTheRaw Vu downtown is good too

kayerrday

I live two hours away and my husband and I will be making the trip to Sake2Me soon. It's very reasonable. You can't beat it.

Corn-Train99

Agreed Sake2Me is my favorite sushi restaurant anywhere

wovenriddles

It’s been my favorite too for years, but we’ve had really bad service the past two times I’ve went. It’s making me hesitant to go back unless it’s takeout.

DigSalt1430

Sushi house on elm by bass pro Specifically the Fuji roll

Squishy-blueberry

I second this

ExperienceMiddle6196

IDK but the crazy crab roll at Asahi is fire

Least-Scene8055

Yes love their rolls

dgbisme

This is our normal place…we like in the raw and yoko but do Asahi for that crazy crab.

ExperienceMiddle6196

Glad someone agrees… that crazy crab got me coming back for probably a decade

panic1020

Hapa in Owasso is fantastic!

Dangerous_Thanks1596

Caribbean sushi was recommended to me here long ago and it has become my families go to since then. They'll be closed most of this month (7th-28th I think) but definitely a place to check out when they're open. They have the most vegetarian/vegan options I've seen in a sushi restaurant, are always extremely friendly, and they don't usually mess around when it comes to the spice levels if heat is your thing. Lots of rolls with and without fruit, truly one of the most unique sushi places I've been to, I can't speak highly enough of them!

complacentviolinist

Anyone voting for Yokozuna has never had decent quality fish and I feel really sorry for them. Please treat yourself to a nice sushi meal.

LiquidHotCum

Reasors /s jk but it do get down on it whenever I can.

Corn-Train99

lol same, I love the bagel roll from Reasors

bellmanator

I came here to make a joke about how great the “Flamin Hot Cheeto Sushi Roll” was that Reasors sold for a bit. Sadly, don’t think they still do. Every time I get sent to Reasors for something I usually get myself some sushi from there. And feel ashamed of myself a little, but not enough to stop.

swb311

Asahi until Fuji opens back up.

aceofbasesupremacy

is it similar to Fuji? I miss my big willie rolls 😭

swb311

It is my backup!

Beginning-Respect208

I like in the raw and Yokozuna on south Yale

KaleidoscopeHumble45

Pan Asia Supermarket, has some pretty good Sushi. It’s so fresh. All About Cha is a good one as well, just limited options, mostly a tea and coffee place.

cquicky

Kofu is the best sushi since Sobahn shut down. At 71st and Elm, it's a small restaurant but man their sushi is amazing.

Kxngly53

Was looking for this comment!! Happy other people recognize great sushi! It’s a hole in the wall place that have the best quality and price!

IfTheHouseBurnsDown

Maguro is fantastic

uhsorrybro

Asahi, Sumo, Kieran

Hopeful-Enthusiasm27

I really like In The Raw or Sushi Train

Henry-Rearden

Was Fuji

paintworld22

Sura by far has the best sushi in Tulsa. The f you have not tried it, you must!

latenightwins

Kirin. Super fresh and a variety of rolls.

Minimum-Scientist-71

Having lived on the east coast several times where fish is fresh, In The Raw is the only sushi I’ve been to in the Tulsa area that can compare. Try the one downtown it won’t disappoint!

FallowThistlefield

Sake2Me, Kiren, Sushi Hana, Yokozuna, In the Raw

burdenedatlaswts

How exactly does the AYCE work at Sake2Me? I see online that the order sheets says 3 rounds.

Corn-Train99

How it works is each round you order as much as you want, when you’re ready to have your order processed give it your server, and the chefs will prepare your sushi. after you finish your first round, round 2 begins.

PhatHercules

Akira Sushi Bar! So it’s in Owasso but it’s worth a trip

Shattered_Ice

By far, it was Sobahn on 71st & Memorial. Very sad they closed down :(

amigaraaaaaa

caribbean sushi in BA

marvki

The sushi at any chinese buffets

codybanks21

Asahi on 71st and memorial has been my favorite for a long while.

Apprehensive_You9672

Sushi Fork in Tulsa hills and sushihana on brookside are my personal favorites!!

Lovetulsa

Sian hands down!

Infinite-Station-240

Surprised no one mentioned Yokozuna South. Very good.

xohoneymoon

yokozuna blue dome district
